Refine Master
Player can use the Mighty Hammer service by visit him at Prontera near the fountain.
HD Oridecon and HD Elunium must be used for this refine service.
Your gear must be +0 or higher in order to begin upgrading it with HD ore. It will cost 100k zeny per refine.
His specialty is that even refining process fails, the refine level decrease by 1 without losing the gear.
